Sashi is doing something he's never done! A layover style episode. He's got just 24 hours in the desert metropolis of Dubai. After seeking out the hive of human activity at Dubai's bustling souks, Sashi does the absolute opposite, by venturing out in the desert. He is in search of the fabled ouzi meal in the desert, and embarks on a mission to seek it out. Armed with a vintage Land Rover defender, Sashi explores all the majesty of the Rub Al Khali. From Oryx, to ancient routes that the Bedouin have mastered and called their home - Sashi reaches his encampment and experiences the full onslaught of Arabian hospitality.
